Black Hills Model Home

Having recently built a model next to Deadwood, South Dakota, we welcome a visit from you! The quality, structure, and warmth displayed in our model define the beauty of a home that is Timeless.

Our model home is a “half-log” home constructed on conventional 6” sidewalls. It is a two-story home with four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The home is just under 4,000 square feet of finished area, complete with an over-sized double garage that is heated and finished. The walk-out basement leads to a stamped patio and hot tub.

Features of the Model

• Full 10” half-log exterior with stone accents, Andersen windows, customized cedar garage doors, oversized Trex deck, stamped concrete patio with deck-drainage-gutter system.
• Interior vaulted pine ceilings along with wood, ceramic, and carpeted floor coverings. Custom kitchen cabinets are knotty hickory in their natural-color state. Heat source combines high-energy heat pump with dual-fuel furnace. In-floor heat throughout basement floor and wood/tile floors in upper levels. Kohler plumbing fixtures and custom lighting.
• Full security system and sound system are additional features throughout home, deck, and patio areas. Two indoor fireplaces and deck gas fire pit provide cozy ambience. Subzero and Wolf appliances accent the upscale kitchen. Full-body steam shower in master bedroom and complete wet bar in lower level.
